Great work here. I read most of it aloud to my wife. I never would’ve noticed (one way or another) the sponsorship or what it really represents. Awful.

And yet, the Libs will get a lot of my money. The constant trade-offs of fandom.

It’s one of those things that, at first glance, seems like a great fit that’s unique to the women’s sports space. Then when you look a little closer, it stinks (pun intended, I guess).

It’s specifically something I will have to point out to my high school sophomore daughter next game we go to, which is fine, but also not as fun to discuss as how Sabrina got robbed of a national collegiate stage thanks to the pandemic. (Table that chat for now).

This article is maddening. I shared it with @ArabelleSicardi here on Substack. She is brilliant and writes about perfumery and fragrance, including the industries’ pitfalls. Would love to get her take on this.

The Liberty should have done more research before exposing women to this ill-conceived partnership.
